Tomorrow I start my 40 day rejuvenation fast/fruit cleanse. It's supposed to be 3 days of just eating fruit...but I'm starting with complete fast first...at least to start, and go as long as I can. Then fruit for 2 days. I don't think I'll be successful otherwise. Nice timing....right before Easter. I've done 3 weeks so far of tons of yoga, journaling, 5 - 15 minute meditation 1x a day (supposed to be 2x - but can't...too busy!)
Ok enough for now....will include recipes for smoothies, applesauce with raspberries (thank you Tara).....tomatoe soup (yes tomatoes are a fruit).....
